OUR PROCESS

Quoting
- You can use the contact form below or send an email to print@topinc.co.za detailing your design request and the deadline for your task.
- We might ask further questions or request more info from you if necessary to ensure that we understand the task fully.
- Once we have a clear understanding of the task, we will produce a quote and send it to you via email. Our quotes include a detailed design breakdown of what the costing entails.
Design
- If you are happy to proceed with the quote, we will await proof of payment and, once received, your task will be booked in to our design queue. The turnaround timeframe of when you can expect to receive the first draft is conveyed upfront on the quote.
- If you wish, you may utilise the allotted rounds of changes for the task and we will make the adjustments to the design as requested.
- The final draft of the design will be the one you approve and we will then consider the design phase of the task complete.
Printing and finishing
- If you require a design to be printed, the approved artwork will be prepared for print and passed on to our Client Services department. They will communicate with you regarding the anticipated turnaround times of your print order and let you know when it is ready for collection/delivery.
